This scenario takes place on 6th October 2018, which is the day before most of the GWML was shut due to Hitachi's late night/early morning testing of a class 802 on the mainline, breaking the overhead wires over a large stretch of track outside of London Paddington.

There were quite a few freight movements at around the time of the scenario, so it should be quite diverse for what South Wales usually sees.
